Really good Customer Service

the room was modern and beautifully maintained with a jacuzzi tub, just what we needed. cable channels, ironing facilities, and a radio were a huge plus.

The double room we had was fabulous.

The room was great with its modern decor and comfy beds. I loved the breakfast options with a variety of hot items. The staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort.

the tv remote didn't work.

Fairly clean accommodation, charming staff. Amazingly comfortable and absolutely fabulous room with a fridge and microwave, and great pool. Central heating, an iron/ironing board, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels - very useful. Really great experience there.

I had a great experience during my stay. The room was really clean, and I loved the complimentary hot breakfast options! The only downside was the lack of a coffee maker in the room.

Staying at Tru By Hilton was an excellent experience. The room was spacious and designed with a modern decor that enhanced comfort. The staff were helpful, especially Steve, who provided detailed guidance to locate the hotel. I appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and efficient internet access, which supported my business needs .

I faced several issues . The motion detector thermostat in my room caused the air conditioning to shut off while I was sleeping, leading to a very uncomfortable night. Waking up sweaty in the middle of the night was not what I expected. The soap dispensers were difficult to use and made it frustrating to wash up after a long day.

Everything here was great, I would definitely return here. Location: the hotel was short walk to the white mountains, and the dining options & the drinking options. Also, the property was 2 miles away from South Church.

Their staff were very rude.
